Lilydale Adventist Academy is required to discharge its responsibility under Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) requirements for overseas students. For students under the age of 18, this involves approving accommodation and welfare arrangements. The International Student Coordinator is responsible for ensuring overseas students have access to support services and adequate information to promote successful adjustment to life and study in Australia.
Enrolment Process
Overseas Students should note that information provided by the student to LAA may be made available to Commonwealth and State agencies to meet obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students. They should also note that they are required to stay enrolled at the same school for the first six months in Australia.
To commence the enrolment process students should provide the school with:
• Completed Overseas Student Application Form with $AUS 200 application fee (Click here to download the Application Form)
• Copy of your most recent academic report translated into English
• Copy of birth certificate
• Personal reference from your Principal or a senior teacher
• Confirmation of scheduling for AEAS testing
After receiving a Letter of Offer from Lilydale Adventist Academy students should forward a year's fees in advance together with the private medical health insurance premium.
Upon payment of the fees Lilydale Adventist Academy will supply a Confirmation of Enrolment form as required by the Australian Government and as generated electronically from the Government website.
Annual Fees

Please note that students enrolled in Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) units will be required to pay an enrolment fee to the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority. (VCAA). The cost of a full VCE study program in Year 12 is currently $380.60.
Please allow up to $AUS 500 per year for school text books and equipment and $600 for school and sport uniforms.
